Is advance booking required?
Yes, booking a selected date with a specific time is essential. It is ideal to book your appointment as soon as possible, at least a week in advance,
even earlier in the case of weekends, holidays and public holidays.

What is the minimum rental period for a spa?
The minimum rental time for the wellness area is 2 hours.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, reservations cancelled more than 48 hours before the start of the booked service are free of cancellation fee.

Cancellation fees for cancellation by the customer
Cancellation Fees for Wellness Services
For cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of the reserved service, a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation price will be charged. *(This does not apply to accommodation.)
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the reserved service, a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation price will be charged. *(This does not apply to accommodation.)
If the reservation price was not paid in advance by bank transfer, the customer is required to pay the cancellation fee to our bank account number 131-3175160237/0100, with the customer’s name in the message for the recipient.
Cancellation Fees for Accommodation
Cancellation more than 30 days before the stay: full refund of the paid deposit.
Cancellation more than 10 days before the stay: 50% of the paid deposit.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the stay: 75% of the paid deposit.
Cancellation less than 3 days before the stay: 100% of the paid deposit.
*Cancellation conditions also apply to reservations made with gift vouchers.
How does buying a Voucher online work?
After ordering, you will receive an electronic gift voucher in your email for printing (with instructions for payment by bank transfer)
The voucher is available to you immediately, before you pay for it! So you can sort out your gift even at the last minute!
The voucher code is only valid after payment has been credited to our account. As soon as we receive your payment, you will be informed by email.
Is it possible to park somewhere?
Yes, you have reserved parking behind the house or paid municipal parking right next to the house.
Smoking, drug use, and entry with animals are strictly prohibited throughout the premises.
Access to the private wellness area is allowed only for individuals aged 12 and older.
