How does online voucher purchase work?
After placing your order, you will immediately receive an electronic gift voucher via email (with instructions for payment by bank transfer).
You will have access to the voucher right away, even before payment is made! This allows you to purchase the gift even at the last minute!
The voucher code becomes valid only after payment is received in our account. Once we receive your payment, you will be informed via email.
Voucher validity: *Vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue.
*Cancellation policy also applies to reservations made using gift vouchers.

Cancellation fees for cancellation by the customer:
All confirmed reservations by the operator are binding. You will be informed about the reservation via SMS or email (if an email address was provided in the reservation form).
Cancellation fees for Wellness services
A cancellation made more than 24 hours before the start of the reserved service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation price. *(does not apply to accommodation)
A cancellation made less than 24 hours before the start of the reserved service will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation price. *(does not apply to accommodation)
In the case that the reservation price was not paid in advance via transfer, the customer is required to pay the cancellation fee to our bank account no. 131-3175160237/0100, with the customer’s name in the payment reference.
Cancellation fees for Accommodation
Cancellation more than 30 days before the stay: full refund of the deposit paid
Cancellation more than 10 days before the stay: 50% of the deposit paid
Cancellation less than 7 days before the stay: 75% of the deposit paid
Cancellation less than 3 days before the stay: 100% of the deposit paid
Smoking, drug use, and entry with animals are strictly prohibited throughout the premises.
Access to the private wellness area is allowed only for individuals aged 12 and older.
